(2.3.2) Wikipedia Stubs: Stubs are articles which have not yet received substantial attention from the Wikipedia editors. When the wiki article is created, the ontological inquiry begins: the question is asked. But, until the community responds to the inquiry, the "stubs" don't yet contain enough information to be truthfully considered "articles".
The community believes that stubs are far from worthless. They are, rather, the first step articles take on their course to becoming complete.
